I’m part of an interview team, interviewing the recruits for the upcoming classes of Digital Media 11 and Interactive Art Director 10!

The process stretches over the whole week and we are interviewing and testing all the potential students. It sure is a though task to do, but I’m learning a whole lot about what to look for when recruiting new co-workers. This will be a good experience to have with me in future situations, like when I’m gonna be hiring new staff and such! ;)

All the recruits are divided into two batches that are doing two days of tests each.

Gah… I’m exhausted and are still not home because I’ve been borrowing Peters laundry-room while the carpenters are redoing the bathroom at home.
